Every service follows a documented checklist so the property is guest-ready and nothing is missed.
On every cleaning visit
- Kitchen surfaces, appliances, and dishware checked and reset
- Bathrooms sanitized, mirrors and fixtures polished
- Beds stripped, fresh linens installed, and pillows staged
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, trash removed
- Guest supplies restocked to the agreed par level
- Visual inspection with issues reported to the owner or manager
On every maintenance visit
- Scope confirmed against the approved request
- Preauthorized spend respected before any additional work
- Work area protected and cleaned after completion
- Photo documentation available on request
- Follow-up items reported with recommended next steps
- Licensed trades coordinated when required
Satisfaction policy
If something is missed on a completed service, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will review the report and return to correct in-scope items at no additional labor cost when scheduling allows. This is a review-and-correct commitment, not an unconditional guarantee, and it does not cover damage, pre-existing conditions, or work outside the agreed scope.
